The father or mother of the quinceañera must bring the certificate of baptism, first communion and confirmation of his daughter to the parish office. If the girl has not been confirmed, a letter from the Religious Education Office (CCE) is required stating that she attends the preparation classes for confirmation. The priests will not confirm a date without these 3 documents. Quinceañera dates will only be confirmed one year before the quinceañera.
