El 9 de noviembre del 2022 se cumplirá el 25º aniversario de la beatificación de Juan Bautista Scalabrini. Por tal motivo la familia scalabriniana ha inducido un "Año Scalabriniano" que comenzará el domingo 7 de noviembre de 2021 y terminará el miércoles 9 de noviembre del 2022. El tema del Año Scalabriniano: Hacer del mundo la patria del hombre, un tema que está inserto y en concordancia con el reciente magisterio del Papa Francisco. Que el Espíritu Santo, que guio al Beato Scalabrini por los distintos caminos explorados en su corazón inmensamente caritativo, nos guíe para que crezcamos sin medida en la caridad. En comunión de fe y de carisma.

Estamos invitados a intensificar nuestras oraciones e iniciativas, para que el Beato Juan Bautista Scalabrini sea proclamado santo: una proclamación para dar gloria a Dios y para hacer brillar con más fuerza su testimonio de obispo misionero, voz de los que no tienen voz, ayuda para quien se encuentra en necesidad, inspiración para los que desean dar su vida a Cristo junto a los migrantes, los refugiados y marinos.
