A Message from Archbishop Joe S. Vásquez
Recently, I visited one of our priests in the hospital. I was comforted to see how our priest chaplains and pastoral visitors care for our priests and for all who suffer and seek the healing presence of Christ in moments of illness. This ministry—and many like it—is made possible through your support of the Diocesan Services Fund (DSF).
DSF supports sixty-four ministries that bring Christ’s mercy and hope to many by forming young disciples, supporting Catholic schools, and serving families and neighbors in need.
This year’s DSF theme, drawn from Pope Leo XIV’s motto In Illo Uno Unum (“In the One, We are One”), reminds us that in Christ we find our peace, our strength, and our purpose. Your generosity to DSF is a living witness of the communion we share as His disciples. Together, we bring the Gospel and the compassion of Christ to those most in need.
I invite you to renew your support today at and help ensure the Church remains a beacon of unity, faith, and love for all who turn to it.

Un mensaje del Arzobispo Joe S. Vásquez
Recientemente, visité a uno de nuestros sacerdotes en el hospital. Me resultó reconfortante ver cómo nuestros sacerdotes capellanes y visitantes pastorales cuidan de nuestros sacerdotes y de todos aquellos que sufren y buscan la presencia sanadora de Cristo en momentos de enfermedad. Este ministerio —y muchos otros similares— es posible gracias a su apoyo al Fondo de Servicios Diocesanos (DSF).
El DSF respalda sesenta y cuatro ministerios que llevan la misericordia y la esperanza de Cristo a muchas personas, formando a jóvenes discípulos, apoyando a las escuelas católicas y sirviendo a las familias y vecinos necesitados.
El lema del DSF para este año —tomado del lema del Papa León XIV: *In Illo Uno Unum* («En el Uno, somos uno»)— nos recuerda que en Cristo encontramos nuestra paz, nuestra fortaleza y nuestro propósito. Su generosidad hacia el DSF es un testimonio vivo de la comunión que compartimos como sus discípulos. Juntos, llevamos el Evangelio y la compasión de Cristo a quienes más lo necesitan.
Le invito a renovar su apoyo hoy mismo y a ayudar a asegurar que la Iglesia siga siendo un faro de unidad, fe y amor para todos aquellos que acuden a ella.
